MeTeams

In early development. Google Meet first.

Send Me instead.

MeTeams sends an AI stand-in to your meeting when you can’t come, and tells everyone it is an AI. Afterwards you get a short briefing of what happened and what needs you.

  • Always labeled as an AI
  • The host can remove it in one click
  • Your calendar is read, never changed

MeTeams is in early development. You can create an account now, but your Me can’t join meetings yet. We’ll email you when it can.

Meeting tools

  • Google Meet: first
  • Microsoft Teams: later
  • Zoom: later

How it works

Three steps, and you stay in charge.

  1. Connect your calendar

MeTeams sees which meetings are coming up. Google Calendar and Google Meet come first.

  2. Choose what your Me may do

For each meeting, pick a level: listen, answer facts, or agree within limits you set.

  3. Read what happened

Afterwards you get a short briefing: what happened, what affects you, and what needs your decision.

Levels

Three levels, your choice for every meeting

We are building these in order, starting with Listen and brief me on Google Meet.

  • Level 1Building now

    Listen and brief me

Your Me joins without speaking and says in the chat that it is an AI. Afterwards you get a two-minute briefing: what happened, what affects you, and what needs your decision.

  • Level 2Next

Answer facts, ask me the rest

Your Me answers factual questions from the notes and documents you share with it. Anything it can’t answer goes to your question inbox, and your reply goes back to the meeting.

  • Level 3After that

    Agree within my limits

Your Me can agree to things inside limits you set in advance, such as “agree to the budget if it is under $10K”. Our servers check the limit, not just the AI, and every commitment is logged.

Honesty

Always honest

  • A Me is always labeled “AI stand-in”, in its name and on its camera tile.
  • It says so in the meeting chat when it joins.
  • The host can remove it with one click.
  • It never uses a copy of your voice or a lifelike copy of your face.

Example of what everyone in the meeting reads

Amara’s MeAI stand-in

Hi, I’m Amara’s Me, an AI stand-in. Amara can’t attend, so I’m listening and writing a transcript so Amara can read a summary later. I’m not a person. To remove me, use the participant menu or the removal link in this message. About me: meteams.com/ai-policy

I can’t answer questions or make decisions.

Questions

Questions people ask

Something else? Write to support@meteams.com.

Does it record?

It writes a transcript to make your briefing, and it tells everyone it is an AI when it joins. We do not keep audio. The transcript is kept for 90 days by default, and you can choose another time or delete it sooner. Those lengths are proposals until launch. The Privacy page has the table, and the AI and recording page explains the rest.

Who can remove it?

The host can remove a Me with one click, like any other participant. Anyone in the meeting can also type /stop in the chat, or use the removal link in the Me’s message.

Which meeting tools work?

Google Meet comes first. Microsoft Teams and Zoom come later, after approvals we do not have yet. Some companies block outside bots, and a host may have to admit your Me from the waiting room.

What will it not do?

It will not pretend to be you, or to be a person. It will not use a copy of your voice or a realistic copy of your face. It will not agree to anything outside the limits you set. And we will never train on other attendees’ data.

What does it cost?

Free is $0 and covers Listen and brief me, with a limited number of meetings each month. Pro and Premium prices are not set yet, and we will publish them before anyone is asked to pay.
