Privacy
Draft – pending legal review. Last updated October 2026.
MeTeams is not open to the public yet. Right now we only collect the email addresses people give us to join the waitlist. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do.
What we collect today
- Your email address and the date you joined the waitlist, and where the sign-up came from (for example, “website”).
- Basic technical logs from our hosting provider, such as request times and error messages.
How we use it
We use your email only to tell you about MeTeams, such as when the product is ready. We do not sell your email address.
Where it is stored
Waitlist data is stored in a Postgres database hosted by Neon, and the website is hosted by Vercel. These companies process data on our behalf.
When the product launches
MeTeams will connect to calendars and join meetings on your behalf. Your data is yours: you will choose what your Me can read, and you will be able to delete anything. We will never train models on other meeting attendees' data. We will update this page, and ask for your consent where needed, before any of that begins.
Your choices
You can ask us to see or delete your waitlist entry at any time by emailing support@meteams.com.
